EnglishSpeak ("the App") is an English pronunciation learning application developed by Joel Ti. This policy describes how the App handles your data.
Audio recordings: The App records audio through your device's microphone when you practice pronunciation. All audio is processed entirely on your device and is never sent to any external server. Recordings are used only for real-time pronunciation scoring and are not stored permanently.
Practice progress: Your scores and progress are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted anywhere.
All speech recognition and pronunciation scoring happens 100% on your device using embedded AI models. Your voice data never leaves your phone. There is no cloud-based speech processing.
The App downloads static assets (pronunciation dictionary, audio reference packages) from our server. These downloads contain no personal information. The server logs standard access information (IP address, timestamp) which is not linked to any user identity.
The App does not require registration or login. There are no user accounts, no email collection, and no personal identifiers.
The App does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or advertising frameworks. We do not track your usage behavior.
The App contains no advertisements and does not share data with advertising networks.
We do not share, sell, or transfer any data to third parties.
All practice data is stored locally on your device. You can delete it at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
